BPA OVERVIEW

SIRC is offering a special Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for ADAPX Software and maintenance against GSA Schedule GS-35F-0149N. SIRC is providing a dedicated program manager to USDA for this BPA, a dedicated toll-free number, and a dedicated BPA website.

Dedicated Account Manager

In support of the BPA, SIRC provides an ADAPX focused program manager that is dedicated to supporting your ADAPX requirements and this BPA. This Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of BPA management and is fully trained in all the sales and configuration of all ADAPX products. All sales, order management and contracting functions are overseen by this individual. Their role is to help you maximize your utility of your investments in ADAPX technology.

Quarterly Training Webcast

SIRC also provides a quarterly training webcast to the USDA for up to 100 participants. These webcasts include information regarding new product releases, product patch / upgrade information or short trainings should the need arise and will be made available in an archived database.

Dedicated Phone Lines

In addition to the direct access to ADPAX service representatives for maintenance and technical support, SIRC provides a dedicated a phone line to be used exclusively for activities supporting this BPA. Both toll and toll-free lines are available. This number is included on all quotations, emails, website(s), and other documentation regarding this BPA. Additionally, this phone line is answered by a "pool" of individuals. Consequently, during regular business hours, this line is always answered by a live person and customers are not routed to voicemail. The use of this line helps to enable immediate customer service/action to take place.

Dedicated Email Address

Additionally, a dedicated email address is available in support of this BPA. BPA.ADAPX-USDA@SIRC.NET as with the the phone lines, is routed to all individuals at SIRC that support this BPA. In this manner, any inquiries received via email are addressed as quickly as possible and enable the quickest execution for all customer service actions.
